Clipsal Australia, Australia’s number one manufacturer of electrical accessory and home automation products today announced its acquisition of Moduline, Australia’s market leader in cable management systems.
Moduline is a privately owned organization, established in 1965 and based in Melbourne. Moduline is recognized for the innovation and quality of its offer with 60 employees and offices in NSW and QLD and agents located throughout Australia.
The company is the largest manufacturer and preferred supplier of cable ducting in Australia with products manufactured in sheetmetal, marviplate, aluminium and plastic. In addition, Moduline also manufactures floor access boxes, pedestal poles and service columns and also provides a specialised design and installation service. The company’s core market activity is the commercial building industry.
Erik Scholz, Executive General Manager of Clipsal Australia said that Moduline’s product offering complemented Clipsal’s catalogue of products.
“Moduline provides a new and innovative product range to our commercial offering that our customers will benefit from.”

Mr Noel Booth said that Moduline customers would continue to enjoy the same high levels of quality product and customer service they are accustomed to.
Moduline’s head office and factory will continue to operate without interruption to its production facilities and workforce. The company’s owner and General Manager, Noel Booth will relinquish his role but stay on as a consultant.
Clipsal Australia Regional State Manager Tasmania, Mr Mike Siggins has been appointed as the new General Manager of Moduline. He will report to the Executive General Manager, Clipsal Australia, Mr Erik Scholz.
