Can I change the colour codes from a comma to a dash?

 

Yes. You can now select which view to see your search results in: Column, Detailed or Thumbnail view. Go to Setup > General and makes your selection from there.

Does eCatalogue Version 2 allow me to export my Notes?

 

Yes it does. You can export all Notes from the Output > Items section. You can also export selected Notes via the Export function within the Search Results section. (You can also Print your Notes via the Detailed View section.)

Can I import my Suppliers from eCatalogue Version 1?

 

Yes you can. You can import your Notes via the Setup section. Go to Backup/Restore and follow the prompts.

Can I change my search results to automatically display in a column view?

Can I install the eCatalogue on our network?

 

The Clipsal eCatalogue does not support Network/Multi-user installations. Each computer must have its own eCatalogue installation to function correctly. You can, however, install the same CD across numerous machines.

It is taking a while to install the eCatalogue. Why is this?

 

Some virus scanners can interfere with the eCatalogue Installation process. If your system refuses to install the Clipsal eCatalogue, or is slow loading, try temporarily disabling your virus scanner.

This is usually located next to your system clock on the Windows start bar. Please consult your local technical support for further information.

Remember to reactivate your Virus Scanner after installation is complete.

Can the eCatalogue run on a MAC?

 

Although the eCatalogue has been designed to run on a Windows platform it is possible to run the eCatalogue on a MAC using a Windows Emulator such as 'Boot Camp' Boot Camp is software that lets you run compatible versions of Microsoft Windows on an Intel-based Mac.

I can’t see any 3D models.

 

If you can’t see the 3D models in action, you may not have Adobe® Shockwave® Player software installed. The software can be found on the Clipsal eCatalogue Setup CD 1 in the Adobe folder.
