Colours to suit any décor
Fashionably slick switches and sockets need a stylish range of colours to match their smooth surroundings.
The Eclipse® Range lets you choose from moulded designs in white, cream, soft grey, desert sand, black and brown. Metal finish covers are available in gold, brushed brass, chrome shadow and brushed aluminium.
Best of all, the easily interchangeable faces allow switches to always suit the surrounding décor. No matter how often it changes.

The unique Clipsal switch cover design means you will always achieve the perfect finish. Simply paint or wall-paper to the edge of the grid assembly then attach the cover for seamless decorating. Snap-on paint protection shields are also available, (SL2000PP,TR).
Eclipse® is fully compatible with other Clipsal interchangeable components too.
Reliable, light speed labelling
The unique labelling system introduced in the C2000 Classic Series has been enhanced for the Eclipse® Range. Simply clip in the window over sticky labels for a tidy labelling and easy identification system.
The clip-in-window has been modified for easier use and the A4 software has been adjusted to allow vertical text.
A small sheet of sticky labels is included with each cover kit.
SL2000ID, TR can be purchased separately if extra labels and protective windows (10) are required.
Adhesive labels on A4 sheets are also available in 10 packs, (SC2000A4L).The revised software to suit these labels is available free on the Alfred CD-ROM.

Installation made easier
They don’t just go on thin, they go on fast too! To help with installation, every Eclipse switch and socket comes with an easy to use template to make sure you get a perfect fit every time. Remember: the thin design means a more careful cut-out is needed to accommodate the mounting bosses.
Clipsal also offers the option of installing the Eclipse/Slimline ranges to plaster brackets or wall clips. The release of the new recessed plaster bracket (155PRM) and recessed wall clip (154RM) allows Eclipse/Slimline to be installed onto popular plaster walls. These wall brackets and/or clips automatically calculate the depth needed when installing Eclipse/Slimline to plaster by recessing the mounting screw fixing points by 10mm (standard plaster depth). The 154RM can also adopt to 5mm walls, eg: fibro.
Suitable for Universal Wall Construction, the Single Gang Moulded Plastic Wall Box (157/1PRM), with sliding nuts, ample cut-outs, plus impact resistance can be used for Slimline and Eclipse mounting.
Clipsal also offers a low cost spacer (SL2000WBS) to take the guesswork out of masonry wall installations. The spacer measures an exact recess of 10mm to ensure the required depth of plaster for the Eclipse accessory.
