Clipsal’s range of CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) downlights are the most energy efficient form of lighting for households, as the fluorescent lamps provide the same light level as incandescent bulbs, but only use about one quarter of the energy.
Fittings are available in white chrome and brushed chrome, and lamps are available in warm white colour or cool white.
CFLs are best suited to living areas, kitchens and dining rooms or outdoors; basically any area where you require the lights on for long periods of time. Due to their long lamp life of 10,000hrs, CFLs reduce your energy usage without compromising on style.
